How do I get started with HairCare+?

You need an invite code from your hair transplant clinic. Enter the code during onboarding along with your personal details to create your account.

I lost my invite code. What should I do?

Contact your clinic directly — they can issue a new invite code for you.

How do I change the app language?

Go to your Profile tab and select your preferred language. The app supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, and Turkish.

Are my photos and data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your photos and health data are only shared with the clinic that issued your invite code. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Contact your clinic or email us at support@haircare.clinic and we will process your account deletion request.

Can I use the app without a clinic?

Currently, HairCare+ requires an invite code from a partner clinic. We are working on making the app available independently in the future.
